Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Idlefy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.

2 The Service

Idlefy provides automation tools for cloud infrastructure management. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

3 "Fair Price" Guarantee

For specific paid plans (e.g., Basic, Pro), Idlefy may apply a "Fair Price" policy.

• We only charge fees for additional Virtual Machines if the estimated savings exceed the subscription fee.
• Idlefy reserves the right to determine the methodology for calculating "estimated savings."

4 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack/Telegram accounts.
• You act as the authorized administrator for the cloud accounts you connect.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idlefy is provided "AS IS".

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Liability Cap: Idlefy shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Idlefy in the past 12 months.
• Note: We are not financially responsible if a server fails to start or stop due to API errors on the Cloud Provider's side.

6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
