How secure is my data?
Idlefy uses least-privilege, tag-scoped access to cloud resources. We cannot delete, modify, or access your data. All connections are encrypted with TLS 1.2+, and we're hosted in an EU datacenter certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
What happens if connection is lost?
The Pro plan includes a Safety System that prevents accidental Virtual Machine shutdown during connection loss. Your Virtual Machines continue to run safely until the connection is restored.
Can I try before purchasing?
Yes! The free plan allows you to manage 1 Virtual Machine with full functionality. No credit card required. Upgrade when you need more resources.
How are savings calculated?
We track actual Virtual Machine usage hours vs 24/7 operation. For example, if you use a Virtual Machine 4 hours a day instead of 24, that's 83% savings on that resource.
What support is available?
The Free plan includes chat and help desk. Basic and Pro plans receive priority support with fast response times. Enterprise clients can get dedicated support.
Can I integrate with CI/CD?
Yes! Smart Workflows integrate with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI to auto-provision environments on rental start and shut them down on expiry.
Can I manage multiple accounts?
Yes. On the Basic and Pro plans, you can connect multiple AWS or Google Cloud subscriptions under one Idlefy dashboard.
How can I expand my tariff plan limits?
It's simple. Purchase as many virtual machines, smart workflows, or users as you need on the Basic or Pro plans. Scale your infrastructure as you need, whenever you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
